Junior Leagues in the Kitchen with Kids: Everyday Recipes and Activities for Healthy Living is a wonderful new cookbook from AJLI and Favorite Recipes Press.  The cookbook is full of over 60 healthy and kid-friendly recipes, nutritional information, and activities that promote fitness.  The recipes and activities were contributed by Junior League members from around the world, and they provide a great tool for introducing children to nutrition and healthy eating. 

Proceeds from sales of this cookbook will benefit the JLDOC's Kids in the Kitchen programs this spring, which will teach children in our community about the importance of good nutrition and physical activity through a series of fun, interactive lessons.  Look for more information about the JLDOC's KITK programming this spring.
